Citizens Trust Advocacy and Development Centre (CITADEC) is a non-profit, non-political, non-ethnic and non-sectarian national citizens platform established to mobilize Nigerian citizens to engage constructively and non-violently with governmental institutions through policy dialogue, institutional engagement and public advocacy to drive civic consciousness and socio-economic transformation in Nigeria. CITADEC was incorporated in Nigeria in June 2014 as a non-governmental organisation with registration number CAC/IT/NO 70483. The organisation is headquartered in Port Harcourt Rivers State, with a broad based programme that cuts across Nigeria.
